Privacy Policy

Effective: 27 August 2026

StitchView helps tailors, boutiques and garment shops create AI-assisted outfit previews. This policy explains the information we collect and how it is used when you access StitchView.

Information we collect

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate customers, generate requested outfit previews, maintain credits and history, provide support, prevent abuse, improve reliability and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Photographs and AI processing

Uploaded photographs are sent securely to our image-generation provider to create the requested preview. Source photographs are processed for the request and are not intentionally added to customer history. Completed previews are stored so the signed-in customer can access and share their history. AI previews are illustrative and may not perfectly reproduce a person, fabric, colour, fit or finished garment.

Service providers

StitchView uses service providers necessary to operate the product, including Supabase for authentication, database and storage; OpenAI for image generation; Hugging Face for application hosting; Google for optional sign-in; and Resend for transactional or support email. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Sharing and selling information

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate StitchView, when you direct us to share a preview, or when disclosure is legally required.

Retention and security

We retain account, credit, generation and support records while they are needed to provide the service, maintain accurate transactions, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may choose email/password or Google authentication when available. You can request access, correction or deletion of your StitchView account and associated personal information, subject to records we must retain for security, transactions or legal compliance.

Customer photographs and permission

You must have the photographed person’s permission before uploading their image. Do not upload unlawful, intimate, exploitative or otherwise inappropriate material, or photographs of children without valid consent from a parent or guardian.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as StitchView evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
