Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to StitchView. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Purpose of StitchView

StitchView creates AI-assisted visual previews of clothing designs using photographs, fabric references and instructions supplied by the customer. It is a visual decision-support tool and not a tailoring specification, measurement service or guarantee of the finished garment.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your account secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Google sign-in, when offered, is also subject to Google’s applicable terms.

Your uploads and permissions

You retain responsibility for the material you upload. You confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, including permission from every identifiable person in a photograph. You grant StitchView and its service providers a limited right to process the uploaded material solely to operate, secure and improve the requested service.

Prohibited use

You must not use StitchView to create or upload unlawful, deceptive, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative or non-consensual material; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; impersonate another person; probe or disrupt the service; bypass credit or security controls; or automate requests without written permission.

AI-preview limitations

AI results can contain errors or unexpected details. Colours, prints, body shape, facial details, drape, measurements and fit may differ from the source material or final stitched garment. Review every preview before showing or relying on it, and use professional tailoring judgment for the finished product.

Credits and generation failures

Each completed generation uses the number of credits displayed before submission. StitchView is designed to return a reserved credit when a generation fails before completion. Processing time varies, and temporary delays do not by themselves constitute a failed generation.

Payments and refunds

When paid plans become available, prices, taxes, included credits, expiry rules and any applicable refund conditions will be displayed before purchase. Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, used credits and successfully generated previews are not refundable.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, modify, suspend or discontinue features to protect customers, comply with law or improve the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular generation time or compatibility with every device.

Account restriction

We may restrict or close accounts involved in prohibited use, fraud, payment disputes, attacks, repeated policy violations or conduct that risks harm to customers, service providers or StitchView.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, StitchView is provided on an “as available” basis. StitchView is not responsible for tailoring decisions, loss caused by reliance on an AI preview, unauthorised uploads, indirect losses or interruptions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
